What make-up products Princess Catherine used for the Royal Wedding:

People.com have released an article with face charts from Bobbi Brown showing what make-up Kate Middleton and Pippa Middleton wore during the Royal wedding. I’m so excited because I REALLY wanted to know what make-up Kate used – especially her lip colour and blush.

Kate Middleton’s Wedding Make-up:

EYES:
All over: Ivory Eyeshadow (a creamy white)
Lower lid: Rockstar Metallic Eyeshadow (a medium metallic grey)
Crease: Slate Eyeshadow (a medium grey)
Eyeliner: Black Ink Long-Wear Gel liner (a jet black)
Mascara: No Smudge

CHEEKS:
Pale Pink Blush (a bright pale pink) + Pink Quartz Shimmer Brick

LIPS:
Sandwash Pink Lipcolor (a beige pink) + Crystal Lip Gloss

(Non-Bobbi Brown products used :
Nails: a custom blend which included Essie’s 423 Allure (a sheer with a natural finish) and Bourjois’ no. 28 Rose Lounge (milky pink sheer).
Perfume:  White Gardenia Petals by Illuminum: described as “the clean, fresh scent has a note of coconut bursting into ylang ylang, lily of the valley and jasmine, with amber wood as the base note.”  )

Pippa Middleton’s Maid of Honour Wedding Make-up:

EYES:
All over: Bone Eyeshadow (an offwhite)
Lower lid: Ash Long-Wear Cream Shadow (a medium brown)
Eyeliner: Black Ink Long-Wear Gel liner (a jet black)
Mascara: Lash Glamour Extreme Lengthening

CHEEKS:

LIPS:
Blondie Pink Lipcolor (a medium nude pink) + Confetti Shimmer Lip Gloss (a light shimmery pink)

Note: the shade descriptions are from the Bobbi Brown website.

Have you tried Bobbi Brown make-up before? I’ve had a make-over done at the counter, and given Bobbi Brown products as gifts, but for some reason I’ve never purchased anything for myself. I have a feeling this will change very soon – guess that’s the power of the “Princess effect”!

I love Bobbi Brown, some of my favorite things would be the concealer and corrector and the blush in Peony, Peony is a little more of a brighter version of Pale Pink.I would love to try the liners, right now I use MAC's gel liners but maybe when I run out I will try the Bobbi Brown ones, I think they have more colors than MAC too.

What an awesome, fun post! They both looked beautiful. I've had a few Bobbi Brown products here and there, but it's not a brand I tend to gravitate to for some reason. I've heard nothing but great things though.

Jennifer Leigh – I've always wanted to try the concealer – and now I want to try Sandwash Pink and Blondie Pink lipsticks – and the blushes from above too! I've heard their gel eyeliners are great, but dry out quickly, so I think I'm sticking to MAC and ELF for now.Andi – thanks! I love how their make-up was so light and fresh – I can't wait to get swatching…I just have to figure out where my closest BB counter is LOL!

Nice find! I've never used Bobbi Brown products sadly… But since both of them looked so pretty I should keep this in mind when I decide to try it.

Seriously, I still cannot believe that Kate did her own makeup. She probably had access to every single makeup artist in the world. Amazing! I have used Bobbi Brown products in the past, they're not bad- the foundation stick is pretty good. Thanks for the post Ella!

Cocovanilla – the sisters are definitely a great advertisement for Bobbi Brown products!MMC – She did a great job – and stuck to her own comfort level (i.e. keeping her trademark lined eyes). I read that she did her own make-up because she didn't like the work of the professional make-up artist during her engagement photoshoot. I can relate to that – the make-up artist for my wedding reception tried to give me clown eyes LOL – and lectured me about how she went to beauty school and why I should listen to her…um – no thank you!
