Remember the outerwear dilemna I posted about here? I couldn’t decide between this grey peacoat and this navy faux-shearling coat:
As expected in situations like this – my choice turned out to be NEITHER and BOTH! I ended up getting the peacoat style but in navy (and XS rather than S). I prefer the shrunken fit – and have been wearing my new coat a lot! Can’t believe it costs less than $30!!!

My Winter Uniform: Hat: F21, Turtleneck & Coat: Old Navy, Jeans: Garage, Boots: Hunter |
In other non-surprising news – I keep getting sucked in by Garage clothing. When I picked up my red skinnies from this post – I found 2 more items that I “needed”. First was this oversized & slouchy star sequin sweatshirt:
A perfect compromise for those days when you want to wear something soft and comforting but not completely slobby. I definitely plan on pairing this with my new red skinnies soon – the grey will tone down the brightness of the skinnies.

My skull scarf collection: Coral scarf: Alexander McQueen, Black & White, Pink & Grey scarves: Garage |
My other great find was this large print skull scarf in pink & grey. Don’t ask me why I keep accumulating skull scarves – I’m not sure myself. But skulls or not, with this color combination and softness – I’ll always love this scarf!
Garage is definitely my weakness – which store can’t you help buying from?
By the way – the winner of my CZ earring giveaway is:
Congratulations – please check your email – I’ll need your mailing address to pass on to Anjolee.com!
Gorgeous! I love that navy peacoat, it looks very smart! I think the color change was a good decision 🙂 I adore your little beenie too!
Thanks Noelle – a winter hat that covers my ears is a winter must-have for me…if my ears get cold I'm miserable LOL!
I love that coral colour 🙂
Thanks 🙂 I'm so glad I found the McQueen scarf in coral – it's so unique!
Love love the navy peacoat. I've been trying to find a cute and affordable one. I hope ON still has it.
Oh yes – they still have it – and it's still on sale 🙂
love your peacoat! You can never go wrong with that shade! So I went and got the last scarf my local garage had after your previous post. I hadn't been to Garage since high school 😀 Now I'm gonna go see if they have a pink one too
Too funny that you hadn't been there since High School LOL! I started going to Garage once its sister store Chado closed – I prefer Garage to Dynamite – not sure why but the clothes seem to be of better quality (I think all three stores I mentioned were owned by the same company before – not sure if they still are).
I love your new coat! Super cute! The scarf is great too. 😀
Thanks – the scarf is soooo soft – I love it!
That star sweatshirt is so cute! I'm wearing a heart one on my blog today :)Katherinehttp://mintedglam.blogspot.com/
