If you’ve been seeing colourful setting powders and didn’t know which one would be right for you – here is a quick demonstration to show the difference between pink and green setting powders. In these pics I’m using Huda Beauty Easy Bake Blurring Loose Baking & Setting Powder in Cherry Blossom and Matcha Milk Cake.

When to use pink setting powder:
Pink powder can balance out blue/grey/green tones, so Huda Beauty Easy Bake Setting Powder in Cherry Blossom works perfectly to brighten undereyes and counteract any dark areas.

When to use green setting powder:
Green pigment can neutralize redness – so Huda Beauty Easy Bake Setting Powder in Matcha Milk Cake can balance out any flushed or irritated areas, including redness around the nose, cheek or chin.

Before and After comparison:
The difference is subtle – in these before and after pics you can see that the pink powder made my under-eye area look brighter and more lifted, while the green powder softened the redness from my blush. I think I will get more use out for the pink setting powder as I love the brightening effect!
Which shade would you try – pink or green?
