This Summer has definitely been the summer of dresses. I can usually wear jeans in any weather – but the temperatures have been so high recently that dresses are just WAY more comfortable! In today’s post I’m sharing a round-up of my latest outfits – perfect if you’re looking for affordable summer outfit ideas!

One of my favourite finds of this summer is this pretty pleated $30 dress from SHEIN. I bought it in yellow (as seen below) and I loved it so much, I kept checking back to see what other colours they were stocking (it currently comes in 8 colours – both pastels and jewel tones). My second purchase was the pink one above…and I feel like a third (or fourth) purchase may be happening soon!

And now get ready for a ton of floral dresses – starting with this salmony pink floral print dress from Chicwish. This has SUCH a pretty design with the flared sleeves and tiered skirt – it is loose-fitting and perfect for travel – you don’t have to worry about it looking creased! I’m definitely packing it for my upcoming trip to England.

I don’t know if you guys remember the famous green print ZARA kimono from a couple of seasons ago (I own the dupe of it and wore it here). I loved the print and colours – so when I saw they used the same fabric in a dress – I had to get it! It’s so inexpensive too!

This dress was a little hit and miss for me. I LOVED the gorgeous fabric and the ruffled skirt – but I wish it had a differently designed top half…something about the bodice and the sleeves doesn’t really suit me. I feel like I may have to DIY and alter this top…because there’s no way I’m letting go of this pretty fabric – watch this space!

Now here’s a dress with a perfectly designed top half – it has such pretty flutter sleeves. I’d worked with RW&CO on a couple of summer dress campaigns over on Instagram – a lot of my non-blogging friends shop there for work dresses and I can see why – the dresses are fully-lined and are so well-made!

And now on to some of my denim pairings. This lace kimono is so versatile because you can style it with a white cami and jeans (like in the pic below) or layered over a sleeveless dress. It can even be worn as a swimsuit cover up – the one I’ve linked is under $30!

This nautical-themed outfit is from JOE FRESH – it’s so bright and perfect for cooler summer days. I’m especially loving their birkenstock-inspired white sandals – SO comfy and cute.

This Chicwish tunic may look familiar because I own the grey stripe version too! I think these are the perfect tunics for travel, as you can pair them with leggings. They’re flowy and comfortable but also look chic.

Ok…this post has turned out way longer than I expected – I just had so many affordable summer outfit ideas to share! This last top is another SHEIN find – I love the ruffles and the floral print. I’ll always love pink, but I feel like I’ll be incorporating a lot more yellow and green into my outfits too!

Which of these summer outfits was your favourite?
I love all these looks! Especially all the floral dresses! That green one is one of my favourites!
