There are so many Spring 2015 clothing trends to love – from pastels and metallics to gingham prints. But if I had to choose just one trend, I’d go with these floral pants.

I love how floral pants add a burst of pattern to brighten up your outfit. This pair (Bargain alert – I got them on sale for $25!) is light and fitted, so it can be styled as leggings, but it has a zip and pockets, so you can wear them with tucked-in shirts too! As we learned during the colored denim trend – darker colors are easier to wear – so choose darker floral prints for a more figure-flattering look. Here are a couple of my favorite floral pants:

I wanted to finish off with a special treat for our must-reads group – an update from Andi (Saltwater Dreams) – whom we’ve ALL missed ever since she stopped blogging – it was SO good to hear from her!
“So as for me, my 7 and 8-year old keep me quite busy with their
wonderful spirits, imaginations, and activities. In 2013 I moved home to
South Florida, and after a 7-year hiatus, went back to work full-time.
In 2014, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, which was an
incredible experience on every level. Soon after that, I became
certified to teach kids yoga as well – what a rewarding and enriching
gift that is! In addition to my yoga and photography passions, I try to
read, cook and travel as much as I can, but I admit that my fashion
and product knowledge is definitely not up to speed these days.
Given my much more hectic lifestyle, I have a few
go-to products that I love, and which simplify my life. I adore Boscia Konjac Cleansing Sponge, Honey I Washed my Hair Shampoo Bar from LUSH,
Algenist Genius Anti-Aging Serum, and Tarte’s BLUR face primer. Life has
been really beautiful, and I’ve enjoyed each chapter as it’s unfolded. I
am so happy to hear that everyone is still in touch, and I’m honored to
still be included in your fabulous blogger family. I miss everyone and
wish you all the best in your respective pursuits. Much love!!” ~ Andi
What’s your favorite Spring Trend for 2015?
Linking up with More Pieces of Me and On the Daily Express.
Awwww I could cry right now! I've missed AndI dearly! I wish we were still in touch because I love who she is as a person. That's awesome that you were able to hear from her! As for your pants, they look fabulous on you! I'm not sure they would look good on me, but they are so pretty and fun! Loved this, and hope we can at least do it every so often. Once a year is fine!
So glad you enjoyed this post – and I'm so glad Andi was part of it because she's always been so supportive. I'm in touch with her through pinterest – it's a nice way to keep connected!
I love the printed pants too. I must admit I was not sure at first (being that I'm in the older crowd), but I think they're a good look! jodiewww.jtouchofstyle.com
Hi Jodie – so glad you like the look – I think there are lots of great floral options out there 😉
Amazing pants! I love the styling with your H&M shirt! And so great to hear from Andi! I was worried she fell off the face of the Earth!
LOL – I know what you mean – I STILL miss some ex-bloggers – it's funny getting weekly updates and then wondering how people are once they completely stop blogging!
I'm so glad we did this reunion (okay, my post is actually still pending but it's coming!!)… so nice to get an update from everyone! Love the pants, Zeba. I could never pull those off!xo, alison*elle
OMG – you could SO wear these pants Alison – you're a much more adventurous dresser than me LOL! Hope you had a great trip & I can't wait to read your post 🙂
Those pants are from Old Navy?!?! *As I type this, I can hear myself sound exactly like the commercial* I neeeeed to get them – they're fab!
LOL! I LOVE those Old Navy commercials! As for these pants – I was very happy with the quality of these – they're nice and thick (which wasn't my experience when trying on their coloured jeggings last year).
Those pants are really fun and as the other ladies said, they look great on you! I think it is SOOO great that you re-united your must reads group and even had an update from Andi. It's so great that you all have formed such lasting friendships and supported each other through the blogging experience. That is most definitely my favorite part about this post and my favorite thing about blogging. Gina – On the Daily Express
Thanks Gina – finding supportive blogging friends is one of the best parts of blogging! P.S. You're definitely a HUGE support <3
Those printed pants are so adorable! I love them!
Thanks Julie – I was checking out the ON website recently – and they also have a skirt in the same material!
I'm not sure I could ever possible be brave enough to wear floral pants, but if I did, I would style them like this – just perfect!
Aww thank you! The floral pants didn't strike me as a very bold choice…but maybe it seems tame compared to my red jeans LOL?
I love the styling those amazing floral pants with chambray shirt!Alena & http://garmentsspeech.blogspot.com
Thank you!
I thought the picture was from a magazine but that's the beautiful Andi. Miss her! So nice you keep in touch. Love those floral pants! I bought a pair at Loft a while back and have yet to wear them. But when I do, it will probably with a chambray shirt lol
Loft has the best floral prints – love the floral skirt you wore recently – I think I have the mustard version of it LOL!Isn't Andi's photograph so gorgeous <3
