“You really like those bags with your name on it, huh?” – recent comment from a friend. It’s true – I’ve been using my Barrington St Anne Monogram Totes non-stop! I’ve written about my St Anne’s Tote here, and I’ve now added the St Anne Petite to my collection.
Some readers have messaged me about which size I would recommend – so I wrote all my thoughts down in this post!
Here’s a size comparison pic of the two bags. The St Anne Petite starts at $145 and is 13.4 inches by 9 inches. The St Anne Tote starts at $160 and is 20 inches by 13 inches. I could fit a laptop into the regular tote and an iPad in the petite tote. They both have ample space for water bottles, scarves, full-size wallets and other items. They have a zippered pocket for valuables as well as some slip-in sections for your phone, keys etc.
I mainly use my St Anne Petite Tote for my day-to-day activities – it’s especially handy when I’m going shopping, as it’s so lightweight. I wanted a darker pattern for Fall – so I chose the Black Geometric design with a pink stripe and black trim. By the way – the Black Geometric actually looks navy (which is the colour I wanted) – although it may look blue, it is NOT the Blue Geometric pattern.
I like using the regular St Anne Tote when I’m traveling – it’s so spacious, I can even fit another handbag inside it! It also works well as a beach bag, as the Nylon fabric is water-resistant.
Oh – and I have a confession to make – I’ve added yet ANOTHER Barrington piece to my collection! I now own the Belmont Cabin Bag in the same pattern as my regular tote – they make the prettiest matched set. I’ll be reviewing the cabin bag in an upcoming post – stay tuned!
Which size bag would you use more – the regular or the petite?
DISCLAIMER: I was gifted these bags from Barrington Gifts – and I truly love them! I picked out the patterns and colour schemes myself 🙂
